ANY SIZE ANGLED PERGOLA KIT FOR 6X6 WOOD POSTS

Any Size Single Sloped Roof Pergola Kit allows for you to customize your pergola to your space.

PLEASE READ
The Angled Pergola was designed and developed to allow you to build a angled roof pergola. For any customizations outside the intended and indicated use of the pergola as shown, we advise consulting with an engineer as well as our ’Structures’ page. Always check your local building codes, HOA, and municipal requirements in advance of building as they vary by city/state and region.

• Anchor your Pergola.

Toja Tip:
• We do not recommend the highest part of the pergola to exceed 9ft. However you can add the 45 Degree brackets to support your structure to increase the height. The distance braced by your 45 Degree brackets is the additional height that can be added to your structure.
• Ensure lumber is fully inserted into the bracket cavity, resting on metal tabs for proper installation.
• See sizing chart for reference of wood. We advise consulting with your local building codes.

Angled Pergola Calculator for 6x6 Wood Posts

Take advantage of this lumber calculator to help guide you with your angled roof pergola build. Just enter the desired height of the short side (A) to determine the height of the tall side (B). Enter the desired span (C) to determine the length of the angled piece of lumber (D). For a kit with a waterproof top, use the length of the top in inches for your C measurement. Example: For a 10x12 Pergola, the C measurement would be 120 inches.

A
What is the height of the short side? inch ( ft.)

B
The Length/Span of the tall side will be inch ( ft.)

C
What is your desired span? inch ( ft.)

D
The length of the angled lumber will be inch ( ft.)

NOT INCLUDED

  • Wood
Shipping wood is costly. Most of the population has access to stores that sell wood locally where they live. Buying your lumber allows you the freedom to select the type of wood you want to use for your build and budget. There are also regional limitations for what kind of lumber is ideal for your build; different species of lumber would be used in tropical climate vs. a cold one.
  • Anchoring Hardware
Due to different building materials and requirements based on location, we advise on checking building codes and talking to your local hardware store for the best securing hardware for your specific surface.
